Eine Analyse polyzentrischer, transnationaler Governance

Mein Projekt entwirft eine Analyse polyzentrischer Governance vor dem Hintergrund der Beschäftigung mit Water Governance, einer der üblichen Bereiche solche Analysen (Advisory Commission on
Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) 1987; Schlager, Blomquist 2008; Garrick 2015; Thiel 2015). Ich beziehe mich auf die Standardschriften der Ostroms (Ostrom, Ostrom 1999) zu Polyzentritität, entwerfe ein kohärentes Set an Konzepten aus diesem Werk, und verbinde es mit Theories die uns helfen, die Form und Leistung polyzentrischer Water Governance zu verstehen. Auf diese Weise möchte ich einen Analyserahmen für die Untersuchung polyzentrischer Governance entwerfen, der sich auch jenseits der üblichen Anwendungsbereiche bewegt. Ich baue auf diesen vorherigen Arbeiten auf und entwickle sie weiter. Ich möchte polyzentrische Governance als einen breiteren Analyserahmen entwickeln, auch im Bereich transnationaler und globaler Governance, ihre Komponenten definieren, ausbuchstabieren, welche theoretischen und methodologischen Instrumente damit verbunden werden könnten, und seine Grenzen skizzieren. Mit diesem Ziel im Kopf möchte ich Polyzentrizität durch Konzepte, Rahmenbedingungen und Theorieentwicklung untersuchen und entwickeln. Diese sollten iterativ mit dem Verständnis verschiedener, hochrelevanter empirischer Prozesse im Bereich globaler und transnationaler Klima-Governance verknüpft sein. Nach einer grundlegenden Überprüfung der Anwendung des Polyzentrizitäts-Rahmenwerks auf internationale und globale Bereiche schlage ich vor, sich der Verbindung zwischen transnationaler Governance landwirtschaftlicher Wertschöpfungsketten, Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit zu widmen.
