The workshop, organised by INEF in collaboration with the Käte Hamburger Kolleg / Centre for Global Cooperation Research (KHK/GCR21), took place at the Campus in Duisburg. Prof. David Chandler (PhD), University of Westminster, currently senior fellow at the Centre began the discussion with a thought-provoking input on ethics of responsibility. This was followed by comments from, among others, Professor Jan Aart Scholte (PhD), University of Warwick and also Senior Fellow at the Centre.
