Liability claims made against KHK / GCR21, which correlate on material or immaterial damages, as well as consequential damages, which are caused by the use or the disuse of the presented information respectively or caused by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are strictly excluded, in so far as KHK / GCR21 is not proven to have been willfully or grossly negligent.

Our site contains links to third-party websites, whose design and content we have no influence on. Despite careful controls of content, KHK / GCR21 assumes no liability for the content of external links. The content of links or linked sites will be the sole responsibility of the respective provider. In any case of violation of rights, these links will be removed immediately. 

2. Data Protection

With every access of a user to one of our web pages and every call of a file, data regarding this occurrence are recorded in a log file on our server or the servers of our provider. A data record may include the website, from which the user linked our site; the name of the file; the date and time of the request; the transferred data volume; the state of access (file transferred, file not found,…); description of the used browser; client IP-Address. Stored data are exclusively used for statistical purposes. A transfer to a third party for commercial and uncommercial purposes shall not be carried out.

To the extent that there is any scope within the context of the Internet facility to include personal or business data (Email, Name,…), the inclusion of this data expressly assumes that the user freely consents to providing it. Also in this case, the user’s data will be treated as confidential and will not be passed on to any third party. Every user has the right to request at any time and at no cost what personal data of his is stored by us. Additionally, the user has the right of correction, inhibition and deletion of these personal data according to the applicable laws.

The use within the framework of the imprint or comparable details of published contact data such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers as well as email addresses by third parties for transmitting information with no expressed request is prohibited. Legal action will be taken against the sender of so called Spam-Mails in the event of violation of this prohibition.

3. Copyright Protection 

All publications, trademarks, programs, graphics, pictures and other data on this website is protected by copyright. Reproduction or usage in other electronic or printed publications is prohibited without our explicit consent.  

We aim to respect the copyrights of the used documents in all publications; to use documents that are autonomously produced by us or to resort to the license-free documents.
